SPCC cold roll steel - Toten's enclosure systems are made of highest quality SPCC cold roll steel which is in compliance to SPCC standard owing to its balanced weight compared to other materials. Coupled with a phospated process, Toten rack cabinet steel offers excellent corrosion protection. They are capable of withstanding loads of up to 800Kgs.

 

Lasting & Environment Friendly - Toten's enclosure systems come with epoxy polyester powder coating finishes that adhere to the EU Qualicoate System under ASTM guidelines. The coated surface is TGIC (lead chrome and cadmium content) free making the enclosure environmentally friendly. Furthermore, our fully thermosetting polyester surface coatings in accordance to BS6496 and BS6497 standards meet out-door requirements thus making our enclosure systems truly versatile.
